PT. Phitagoras Global Duta is a training and management consulting company that provides various consultancy and training services in the fields of Quality/Productivity, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Laboratory.

PT. Phitagoras Global Duta is highly committed to maintaining the occupational health and safety of employees, guests, training participants, trainers/consultants, and to providing maximum service to achieve customer satisfaction.

In a effort to fulfill this policy, all levels of management and employees are committed to:

1. Complying with Quality and Occupational Health & Safety regulations in the Republic of Indonesia related to the company's business.
2. Providing a high quality experience to achieve customers satisfaction with the service provided by the company.
3. Understanding customer and employees issue in the company's business operation and providing effective solutions
4. Eliminating hazards and reducing risks of work-related accidents and illnesses to an acceptable level for all employees, guests, training participants, and trainers/consultants.
5. Providing consultation and employee participation facilities to improve quality and occupational health & safety implementation in the company.
6. Conducting regular reviews of the company's quality and occupational health and safety management system for continuous improvement and enhancement.

The management of PT. Phitagoras Global Duta ensures the provision of adequate resources in terms of manpower, time, budget, training, facilities, and infrastructure, in the aim of gaining trust and customer satisfaction as well as creating a safe and healthy working environment.

This policy is established by the Management of PT. Phitagoras Global Duta to be complied with and implemented as a form of joint responsibility of all management, employees, suppliers, contractors, and visitors working and/or present within the work area of PT. Phitagoras Global Duta.
