TERMS AND CONDITIONS – NEBOSH PROGRAMS

ADMISSION AND PAYMENT POLICY

  • Course fees for all Nebosh courses includes training, course material, and examination registration for a single attempt only.
  • If any student fails in any exam/does not appear/reports late for the final examination the fees paid is not refundable or transferable to any other exam/unit. To appear for the exam on the next available date the learner will be liable to pay the fees for exam registration in full as per applicable rates.
  • The Learner must finish 20% of course fee upfront as down payment.
  • The outstanding payment must be paid by the due date (first day of the course), if the outstanding amount is not paid as per the cut-off date for exam registration based on the Nebosh calendar. The learner will be registered for the next Standard Exam date subject to the payment terms being adhered.
  • Please check the Refund Policy for all issues concerning the same.
  • If any INDIVIDUAL/CORPORATE - LEARNER registered for any Nebosh course decides to withdraw from the course/exam at any time after registration he/she /they will be liable to pay the full course fees to avoid any legal proceedings.

EXAMINATION REGISTRATION POLICY & COURSE COMPLETION POLICY

  • All learners are supposed to attend classes regularly for all Nebosh courses. If any learner does not attend classes for 2 consecutive days in a week/intermittently misses classes for Nebosh courses – the learners are concidered as withdrawing from the course.
  • No requests/coercions/complaints in regards to the above point will be accepted or amended. In all/any such cases no refund requests will be entertained.
  • If the candidate is not willing to write the exam on a later date due to performance issue as stated above, there will be no refund of the fees paid.
  • All learners after Unit/Course completion, will sign the Exam registration approval form confirming their acceptance of registration for examination on fixed date as applicable.
  • All learners are expected to adhere to the Nebosh Examination Procedures and Policies.
  • Registration for an examination once completed cannot be cancelled/deferred to a later date. If any student is absent/late for the examination the fees will stand forfeited.
  • Registration for any Nebosh exam after the cut-off date for registration will be considered as On day Registration and will be charged more than the regular fees.
  • All learners registered to Nebosh courses must follow the procedures and policies as enlisted in this document.
  • All Nebosh courses conducted by Phitagoras are in accordance with the Nebosh Policies and Protocols and Phitagoras has a zero tolerance policy towards non adherence to any of the above.
  • During any/all Nebosh examination all learners are expected to follow examination rules and cooperate with Training center staff.
  • In case, if any candidate is found to be adopting any unfair means during examinations they will be immediately removed from the examination and all details communicated to Nebosh.
